Under the responsibility of the Operations Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing an organisation of c.a. 75 people (4-5 Sector Managers as direct reports) and 8-9 M€ turnover focusing on operation and maintenance, energy management and projects. More precisely, this person will ensure:

Customer relationship

Drawing up proposals

Negotiating contracts

Regular contacts with customers

Budget and Financial Management

Human Resources

Defining organisation

Daily management, communication, evaluation, training-development, etc.)

Safety

Financial Management

Preparing and ensuring meeting budgets

Ensuring invoicing and project administration

Van airco, elektriciteit en verlichting tot transportsystemen in luchthavens, sportcomplexen, zwembaden, kantoren, ziekenhuizen, industrie,…. Industrial or Civil (Belgian meaning) Engineer mechanical, electrical or electromechanical or equivalent acquired through experience, with experience of at least 10 years in building technics and people management.
